During the discussion of this Agenda, it was recommended that the Planning commission find out about the conformity of the adopted plan of the fiscal years in the seven-year duration. The findings were to be approved by City council.The second agenda was the normal hearing. During the hearing, the approval of the Zoning Code Amendment 2014-10 was discussed. The recommended action during the discussion of this agenda was that the City Council should approve the amendment which consisted of a followup of the Citys development plan.The Meeting was concluded with comments from the planning commission. He said that any titular action taken on a requested issue would be discussed in the next meeting. In my opinion, the meeting was very organized. During the meeting, peop le behaved in respectful ways. For instance, the audience did not boo or beef at each other when they disagreed. If they disagreed they were given a chance to ask questions since the audience were encouraged to press out their opinions
